Jo Jon | Zhora Bar (Armenia)



This dance was originally taught by Tom Bozigian throughout the US during the early 1970’s and was learned from Zhora Markarian, director of the California Folkloric Ensemble. Mr. Markarian did the dance as a child in his native region of Speetak, situated in the northern part of Armenia.
