El Ginat Egoz is a classic Israeli folk dance set to the text of Song of Songs (Chapter 6, verse 11). Sara Levi-Tanai originally created the dance for the historic, first-ever Kibbutz Dalia Dance Festival held in 1944. It was later introduced and taught at the 1952 Stockton Folk Dance Camp.
