The San Antonio Folk Dance Festival (SAFDF) celebrates dancing, music, costumes, and friendship of cultures from all over the world. Come celebrate with us for a wonderful, special weekend of international folk dancing and culture!
For 2020 instructors include Ventsi Sotirov (Bulgarian), Lee Otterholt (International), Andy Taylor-Blenis (International, Scottish, and Mexican) and Franklin Houston (Balkan)

In 2020, we are proud to showcase the following groups:
Festival evenings culminate in parties featuring folk dance favorites that keep everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned veterans, dancing for hours. This year we’re delighted to feature live music by HOMEGROWN at the Saturday-night party and country-western DJ music at the Friday-night party. And there’s great food too!
