He has taught workshops extensively throughout Europe and the USA. Yannis is the current president of the highly respected dance association “Lygkistes” which has performed extensively throughout Europe. Yannis also served as the artistic director and instructor for Lykeion Ellinidion Florinas\, teaching over 200 dancers of all ages on a weekly basis\, as well as teaching at many Cultural Associations \nYannis’ passion for traditional music and dance began in his childhood\, dancing with his family in his parents’ villages of Alona and Akrites in the Florina region of Greece.
