International Folk Dance in Person Party

Join the Peninsula Council Folk Dancers for an all-request dance party! We’ve missed dancing with you! Our emcees for this party will be Ellie Wiener, Clem Dickey, Alicia LaFetra, and Lisa Michael.

We’ll have dances for all levels, beginning to advanced. Dress comfortably in layers; sneakers or low-heeled dance shoes recommended.

We do dances from nearly every country in the world, and the music is incredible. Dances range from beginning to advanced, and all forms (line, couple, and set). If you’d like to bring a snack to share, please make sure they are prepared for individual servings.

Healh Precautions

We’re expanding our safety program to continue to keep things as safe as possible while dancing during these Covid times. For our party, please note the following:

• Fully vaccinated dancers only, with vaccine card check. Please email a picture of your vaccine card to us at pfdcparty@gmail.com. Once we check your vaccine status we will delete your email and the picture you send. You can also bring your card to the party. Good news – If you attended the Movable Feet New Years Eve party, we have your information.
• N or KN 94 or 95 masks are required. If you forget yours, we will have spares for you. Cloth masks and simple surgical masks won’t be used.
• Outside tables – It should be in the 60’s, with no rain, so we’ll have tables outdoors!
